It has been about 6 months since my case finished. I wanted to share that I had a positive experience with Nicole P. who was emphathetic and diligent in her handling of my case. She kept me informed and ensured all things required were communicated and completed in a timely fashion for the hearings. Thank you very much!

John Moreland at Clarke Kiernan has represented me and advised me on a number of matters. He and this firm are outstanding. John is a solicitor that actually does care and always performs to an extremely high standard . If I ever need a solicitor in the future I would without doubt go straight to John. I highly recommend this firm and John Moreland in particular.

Do not recommend. Appalling customer service by their secretary Douglas McDuff. Considering people seek solicitor advice in stressful, difficult situations- extremely rude and unhelpful. That person should not be in a client-facing role. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself time, like I have done.

Absolutely Shocking! Literally I have no words for the incompetence... They do not even bother to look over the information that has been sent to them, then ask for the same information over and over, then once it has been sent, disregard it and come back with utter rubbish! Literally I would expect more from an office junior!
My response to your reply - If you replied half as quick to the case as you did to the complaint, that would really help things along - we are currently at 2 years - I appreciate you weren't the first set of the solicitors to start the case. However, there is inconveniencing and then there is incompetence - you are asking for the same information over and over again, you don't even bother to look at it. It was embarrassing when it was put to the judge, how unprepared you were and there basic mistakes that were made, even he found it a chore to rummage through the 500 page bundle ! All you seem to be interested in is wasting time and money. Look at the documentation you have been provided with, analysis it and then make an evaluation, that is all I am asking! Stop keep asking for the same information you have had repeatedly because it is highly frustrating for all involved!
