I highly recommend Jordan Borrie and Aletta Shaw, having worked for a solicitor myself and more recently bought and sold several properties and rented commercial properties. They've been by far the best solicitors we've used. Fast-paced, speaking to clients in the format they prefer (we are both very busy people and wanted not to be contacted by phone if possible). JB respected that, unlike most solicitors, who insist on constant phone communication. JB was incredibly tenacious, facing a challenging landlord and a slow/ obstructive solicitor on the other side. He worked extremely hard to get the deal across the line. We won't go anywhere else in the future!

I couldn't complete my house purchase with this firm due to them not being on my mortgage lender's panel, but their service was excellent throughout.
