Disappointing experience as a landlord dealing with this firm. Repeated payment promises were not honoured, significant arrears remained outstanding, and court proceedings became necessary to recover sums due under the lease.

Worse solicitor I have ever spoken to, had an appointment at 3pm for him to arrive at his office at 4pm didn’t make any conversation for at least 45 minutes and disregarded anything that I had to say doesn’t have a clue about mental health or safeguarding. Shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care less about anything even raised his voice at me in front of a 3year old very unprofessional and a very unpleasant meeting.
