Hardman and Watson have handled various personal matters for me for a number of years now and I have always been very happy with their service, a professional and reliable team.

I initially telephoned requesting assistance regarding a property that my partner and myself own. I required a legal document to protect my investment. I was informed that the gentleman I needed to speak to was currently not available and was working from home. The receptionist said that she would email Ben and request that he call me. I did not receive any phone call or email response back acknowledging my enquiry. After a week, I eventually emailed requesting a response. His assistant Miriam eventually emailed me saying that Ben was out on annual leave and that she would email him asking him to call me on his return. Today I received an email from Miriam Stating that Ben is unable to assist me due to the fact that he has a heavy Workload. I decided to phone up and speak to them directly. I was put through to Miriam, whom I found very rude and very unhelpful. She asked what I expected from the phone call. I then asked her if she could recommend another solicitor that would be able to help with my enquiry. She then said it’s a case of phoning around different Solicitors. I found her response very unhelpful. She was extremely rude and at that point I put the phone down.
They clearly don’t need the work!

I used this firm to buy and sell a house. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were super efficient, they responded promptly to all my messages / calls. They took time to explain anything I didn’t understand. They were always helpful and polite.
