Firstly I do not wish an accident on anyone especially when it involves yourself on a bicycle and someone driving a car.
Unfortunately I found myself in this situation and it was suggested I contact a solicitor. This I did by looking up the one most local.
This turned out to be an excellent decision.
Mr Rees visited my house and after taking all the details set about his work. Due to his diligence and expert knowledge I have now received a pay out which was a lot higher than expected.

I reached out for advice and professional opinion, seeking kindly assistance for who i thought was a qualified professional.
My first contact with this man did not even start with a greeting... The first sentence after being transferred to him was straight away "I cannot help you here ..." . From there, the entire conversation was very aggressive, addressing me with a condescending tone, cutting me off at every sentence I made when answering is questions full of prejudice. He ceased any opportunity to make me feel unless and undeserving of his time, and when I mentioned that was feeling uncomfortable if the way I was being addressed he rushed to send me off a d hanged up.
This was completely horrible for me. He made me feel very emotional embarrassed and disrespected.
He showed zero empathy and was completely unpleasant.
This is clearly some who only works for the money, with no ethic or moral standards.

My son was knocked off of his bicycle by a car. The driver and her insurance company immediately admitted that it was her fault. My son suffered injuries that took 6 months to heal.
