JUDGE AND PRIESTLEY LLP

Our experience with Judge & Priestly was exceptional. We trusted them with our first home purchase which turned into an extremely long process (8 months). Every step of the way, we were provided with clear and helpful guidance and I trusted completely that Judge & Priestly were going above and beyond to ensure we were fully protected. There were multiple solicitors involved in the sale and it was abundantly clear that Judge & Priestly were the most competent and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been using J+P for the purchase of my flat and Debbie and Maria have been amazing. Having previously had to disinstruct a conveyancer, Debbie and her team have been a breath of fresh air. Incredibly responsive and thorough, she's made a stressful time so much easier, and been so kind, understanding and empathetic. 10/10 would recommend!

Used Judge and Priestley Beckenham branch for both our sale and purchase of properties in Beckenham and West Wickham respectively. There were a couple of instances where we required an experienced legal perspective and on both occasions we were able to discuss face to face which was really helpful. Recently asked for some documentation relating to our will and got the paperwork back the following day. Recommended.

From start to finish the level of service, attention to detail, & communication in relation to our house sale was abysmal, with our solicitor finding ways to blame others and gaslight us for her lack of engagement, errors, and general poor service.
At each step of the sale of our property we had to chase for engagement, with emails and phone calls going unanswered. We got to the point where we had to escalate to senior partners in the firm to get any engagement and focus from our solicitor.
There was an abundance of errors and issues with contracts and documentation, from the first set of forms we received, to the contracts containing errors, the TF1 forms needing to be returned for correction (which our solicitor had signed off as correct), and the completion statement containing basic errors.
There were delays and oversights in the enquiry process that we believe delayed our exchange, and errors with the bank transfer form when we were asked to review it.
Our recommendation is to avoid - we will not be returning customers.

My solicitor was named Kimberley. I found every area of her involvement to be flawless. I am beyond impressed by her diligence, professionalism, thoroughness and manners. Especially in the face of an increasingly pair of difficult and immoral estate agent/vendor. I have complete gratitude and I highly recommend this branch !! Thank you
