Probate. Despite Kingsfords having drawn up our will, they immediately ignored it and the trust that had been set up, and were going to transfer the property into my sole ownership. They also drew up the wrong financial information to send to HMRC despite having a hard copy of our accounts at the date of death. The sums were correct but allocated to incorrect accounts which could have affected me in the future if HMRC queried accounts that they hadn't been notified of. Clearly this was a distressing time for myself and my family, and having to send paperwork back for substantial errors to be corrected added to distress and delays to probate
