We recently sold a house and the conveyancing of the sale was carried out by Julia Whitter and her excellent team at Glanvilles Damant Legal Services. We have previously used this company very successfully and so returned again for this sale. We were kept up to date throughout the process, it was easy to contact them and going forward would always use them every time. Although we are not on the island it was fine as all work done is carried out online and therefore we didn’t need a local solicitor to where we live. I would most definitely recommend them.

Being a first time buyer, you often hear the usual “solicitors are slow” “they’re a nightmare to get hold of” etc. But I chose Glansvilles off of a recommendation and had Ruby Silvey deal with my home purchase.
