My review reflects my personal experience where Boyletts Law played a key role in the process. I was directly involved in the transaction and experienced the impact of delays, communication issues, and uncertainty arising during the process.

Matters that should have been straightforward became unnecessarily stressful and prolonged. Repeated follow-ups were needed simply to understand what was happening and obtain basic updates. The overall experience created avoidable stress and uncertainty during an already significant process.

My review is based on my genuine experience as a directly affected party in the transaction. Definitions and labels do not change the impact of the experience itself.

Reliability, transparency and communication are essential in property transactions. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards.

From the initial contact to the conclusion, it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Alison the Office Manager was professional and friendly, and didn’t mind helping with what I considered to be silly questions or requests. Kim Boylett was a breath of fresh air. A lawyer who wasn’t condescending, explained everything patiently and clearly in layman’s terms, and was very personable with it. Their fees were very competitive and they made the whole process go incredibly smoothly. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
