We used Richard John (& Julie) from Archer Rusby for conveyance work which completed in February 2026.

Richard was exception in his calm, knowledgeable, professional and unflappable manner. He was very thorough - for example, he would not be rushed to complete before Christmas to avoid errors by others. Richard and Julie answered replies in full & very quickly which has not been my experience in the past.

The completion day was particularly challenging due to a BankIT failure, but Richard remained calm and prepared a plan B system as we were. effectively homeless for a few hours on a Friday afternoon!
