Got a recommendation to give Paul a call regarding the purchase of a property. Im sure Paul is probably great, although I would recommend hiring a new secretary/PA, being blunt and standoffish is definitely not a good face for your business.

Anything that needed to be dealt with was done swiftly and efficiently, and it was easy to speak to someone via email or telephone when required.
