I wanted to share an update regarding our recent experience with Lloyds Cooper LLP Solicitors, particularly as we have used their services in the past. Unfortunately, this occasion proved to be extremely stressful and disappointing, leaving us feeling as though we had no rights to ask questions or expect satisfactory responses.

Throughout this process, it was evident that Emma was overloaded with cases. On several occasions, we received emails that failed to address all our queries, with answers provided selectively and important points left unanswered. The completion process dragged on far longer than anticipated, and all avenues of communication became increasingly difficult, including instances where our calls were abruptly ended.

We found ourselves having to source much of the necessary information independently and demonstrate that organising these details only required twenty minutes, not the three weeks it sometimes took to receive a response. The lack of proactivity and poor communication has led us to question the legal expertise of this firm.

Regrettably, based on our experience, we would not recommend Lloyds Cooper LLP Solicitors to anyone seeking legal expertise especially in conveyancing process.
Cost of the service has increased by over 30% by the time our case was finally finished.

Worst law firm out there and the biggest time wasters a firm managed by a branch of amateurs never in the office or answering the phone and it take a week to email back they to busy gossiping about love island a simple job that normally takes 2 weeks max took 4 months I know every one in the office by name because of the length of the time they wasted on this matter stay away from them if you want the business done chime on you
