If I could give zero stars, I would. Calked this company Friday 15th mid morning, about a matter which needs addressing ASAP. My details were taken, and I was assured I would be contacted shortly, Friday came and went, the weekend, Monday went.
So I contacted them again on Tuesday, gave my details, again, went through my issue, again, and was assured, again I would be contacted. Surprise surprise, Friday arrives, and still nothing.
My issue must be to trivial for this company to lower themselves to deal with.
Very rude, and disrespectful.
