I am now totally fed up with this firm of solicitors, they have dragged out a simple conveyancing - cash purchase of an empty property - beyond the endurance of a saint's patience. I should have been able to move in long before now but I am still waiting to pay a deposit and exchange contracts let alone complete. DO NOT use this firm for buying or selling property, I very much regret having chosen them to represent me.
