Just completed a house purchase with Bells. Dawn and Megan were helpful, professional and thorough throughout the process, and guided me through each step. They were very communicative and open with me, even while they were extremely busy around the end of the financial year.

EXTREAMLY Rude receptionist. I was told they only deal with their clients. That was even before I had an opportunity to ask about the service I required. I would NOT recommend using Bells Solicitors to anyone. I would not rate them one star if it were possible.

A poor approach to customer service including a lack of communication and mistakes made. The whole experience of dealing with Bells was frustrating and I would not recommend using them for Probate based on my experience.
