Excellent from Lexi and Arthur.But 'oh dear oh dear' receptionist/ gatekeeper Marion. Very poor customer service. She was unsmiling and unwelcoming. I was made to feel an inconvenience.

For context we are not clients here; we were contacted about proceeds of a will. Communication was difficult, lacking compassion, condescending and slow. I appreciate we are not the client, however I think kindness and good communication is something that can be offered to clients’ families and friends. We should not need to have any ongoing contact regarding the will as they did do the work required.
