Vernon and Clare have been outstanding with my conveyancing, it was not an easy process for them by any means due to circumstances outside of our control, they worked through everything needed and communicated with the 3rd party throughout until everything was complete.

Wasted the best part of two years almost and several thousand pounds in fees. Luckily, two legal firms later, I eventually found good service.

Buyer used Gamlins for a chain free purchase off me, minimal queries and it took 8 months to finally complete. The solicitor didn’t respond for weeks at a time, we had no idea what was going on for most of it, I believe the estate agent put a complaint in for being ignored too.
