I had a very disappointing experience with Ali. I was supposed to receive my health surcharge refund related to my visa, but despite multiple messages and calls, Ali did not respond at all. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. I feel misled and frustrated regarding my money. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

My housing disrepair started ok great and finally after all the issues with my property from not having central heating for almost a year Oct 22 to Oct 23 when all the parts in the boiler were changed!! 5 safety notices I finally got heating Then the bathroom was sorted out just before Xmas a main wire was hit meaning electric issues after all this it finally got sorted in Januray 2024 it's was a hot nightmare. I've tried many times speak to the Solictor dealing with my case it's really hard work. I would just like the settlement dealt with I've done all the hard work and been patience and now guessing an second offer has been made so this case can be put to bed look forward to here snk Solictors regarding this matter.As you all are dealt with it and have personal information about myself looking forward to a end to this matter

I was in need of help as i was living in a cold damp flat and council wouldnt do nothing about it. That all changed when i had SNK solicitors on my side. My claim was won thanks to SNK n im happier n a little richer too. Big thanks to Charlotte who handled my case. 👍👌

This did nothing for me except grief from the council. And guess what they weren't forced to do repairs. All this did was cause detoriation in both my physical and mental health because it was constant stress, delays, harassment from the council which made them almost kick me off the housing list. If you decide to undertake a disrepair solicitor be aware that you'll be setting yourself up for all of this. Harassment from various council departments meanwhile you're still living in the derelict property. It takes too long. You don't know where you stand and after almost eight months I had to give up on the case. I didn't get to the court part so I cannot confirm or deny as to whether you'd get compensation or not. What I do know is that its ultimately not worth it and if you can just move. They did try their best *SNK* but unfortunately it was a losing battle from the start.

I cant thank SNK Solicitor enough for the past 2 years with helping me fight my case with damp in my property against my housing association.
All staff are very polite, extremely understanding and will go above and beyond to do what they can to help. Always quick in reposonding to any of my emails and phone calls.
