These ladies were truly outstanding. They were consistently helpful, supportive, and always ready to assist with any enquiries. Everything was handled efficiently, and I was kept well informed with regular updates throughout the process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they provided reassurance and guidance whenever there were delays or questions.

The solicitor initially said "time and materials" was an option for a simple 2 page document (boiler plate stuff, not more than a couple of hours work), and then after I'd engaged them said it was only available as a flat fee at £2000! When I pushed back on this i got a surly arrogant response.

Then, every single interaction I had to chase them, there was nothing proactive about them in the whole process.

Every document they were supposed to produce was wrong, they couldn't even get our names spelt right on the official court documents (literally no attention to detail or checking).

I ended up filling in and correcting the documents myself, the solicitor added zero value.

They also inappropriately contacted the other party without my permission 'by accident'.

Just terrible, unprofessional, expensive. I'll never use them again.
