My mother (90) and I were recommended to Dee and Griffin for her house move. Bearing in mind her age, and the fact that this was her first move for 59 years, Catherine and the staff at the Cheltenham office were very patient with her (and me) given the multiple questions and phone calls over the process. Their approach is far more informal, but no less professional, than my previous dealings with solicitors over 20 years ago. Communication was also good throughout from this all female team.
