I contacted Maria just for some advice. She got back to me really quickly and gave me at least 40 minutes of advice on an issue I was facing. The advice was really useful and helped me negotiate early without the need to instruct. She was very professional, she informed me of costs going forward. I would also say, my contact with the firm was very pleasant from the very first phone call. Highly recommended.

I could not recommend Pearl Baker Solicitors more to anyone who is looking for any kind of service required.
