Mehmut, in the Conveyancing team must have had times when he picked up the phone and thought "Oh no, not her again with her silly questions" but he was very patient and guided me through the information needed for completion. He kept me informed of the progress of the sale during the last weeks which was really helpful, as when I telephoned some of the people who had sent me messages about my case for an update, I found that they had either left the Company, were on holiday or on sick leave, which I understand can't be helped, but Mehmut stayed on the case and we got there in the end.
