This is the worst firm ever to pass your job onto for commercial leases.
I have been trying to get my work done, but there was no form of communication from them. It seems that they are an unprofessional and lazy firm. Looks like they are only open to a certain type of clientele which suits their purposes. The lady at the reception had a very rude attitude towards me ignoring my request to see a solicitor regarding my case. The firm should receive training on customer service. If possible, I would not give it a star at all. For the well being of the society, I do not recommend people to use this firm.

Very poor communication and customer service.
It appears they have taken on a lot of clients and as a result they have heavily compromised the level of service and time they are able to dedicate to each case.
I attempted to bring up these issues with them but they were unwilling to engage in a civil manner. As mentioned by another reviewer, the main solicitors are difficult to reach.
To make matters worse, they charge comparably more than other firms.
I ended up paying them because I could no longer tolerate their unacceptable behaviour.
A very valuable lesson learned.

An absolutely great service.
Had so many issues that were becoming a problem and from the outset I was comforted and dealt with in such a professional and considerate way.
I consider the firm to be a credit to the profession withe the advice and how they helped me navigate through all the difficulties.

Went round the houses looking for a good solicitor, finally found someone who is genuinely looking to help and kept things simple and without confusion.
Did exactly as they promised and delivered in accordance with their advice. Felt like they were always pleased to hear from me and dealt with my queries every time.
Definitely will be recommending to others and will be sticking with these guys for the foreseeable future.
