Absolutely disappointed with how TTS Solicitors handled a situation that clearly needed a bit of common sense and understanding.

The underground car park in the adjacent building recently caught fire, leaving multiple cars damaged and making the area unusable for months. As a temporary measure, tenants were instructed to leave their vehicles outside until things were resolved.

Instead of showing any understanding for the circumstances, TTS Solicitors went out of their way to place a sticker on the vehicle accusing it of “causing distress and inconvenience to the owner of the bay” as if the whole situation wasn’t already stressful enough.

It’s quite remarkable how quickly they found the energy to police a temporary emergency arrangement, rather than showing basic decency and consideration. A little empathy goes a long way, but apparently not here.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Sajini at TTS Solicitors for all her help throughout the purchase of our home. She was professional, calm, and supportive from start to finish, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and keep us informed throughout the process. Her guidance made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
