Avoid!! Amy completely unhelpful. £150 for a 10 minute consultation for advice you can get online. Took my wife's trust for months and smashed it to pieces after the recent death of her family member its completely broken my wife now. She trusted Amy to help her especially as we have 2 young children. But dropped the case when things got hard.

We had no choice but to use them unfortunately. I have terminal cancer and asked them to do some work in June. To date, nothing at all done. We have tried to communicate with them on 24 occasions and they've only replied twice and one of those was incorrect information. The worst delaying tactics, refusing to communicate totally for past 2 months. We are desperate for this work to be done. Every day is now filled with anxiety and stress as without this being completed, after I die, my wife will probably be homeless. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in 60 years. Have even dropped in official complaints to them and still no answer. We're now having to resort to the law society and local papers and more.
