Both myself and my parents have used Wade & Davies, firstly for the sale of my late-grandfather's property, and secondly for the purchase of my own property.

Speaking for myself, at every stage of buying the property I have felt both informed, and in the capable hands of Rhonda and Alex. Even with increasing complications for the purchase they were able to make the process as pain free as possible.

I cannot thank Wade & Davies enough, especially Rhonda, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Not only were their fees the most reasonable of all the quotes we received, but the service was truly second to none.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question was answered quickly, emails were responded to almost immediately, and all paperwork and enquiries were dealt with efficiently and proactively throughout the entire process. The whole team were professional, approachable, caring and genuinely lovely to deal with.

We’ve moved house a number of times over the years and have dealt with many conveyancers, but Wade & Davies are without question the best we have ever used. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — and already have — to anyone looking to move home, particularly those in Dunmow and the surrounding areas.

As a lovely touch, we were even given a little tour of the offices by the owner and told a bit about the history of the firm, which really reflected the personal and welcoming service they provide. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.
