What a horrible experience. “You will pay a bit more but you will get the service”, they said, well we did and we didn’t. Supposedly competent in dealing with ‘Lifetime Mortgages’ we went to this Firm for that reason. We should have realised how bad things were going to be, when the first batch of forms and paperwork were sent out to someone else in error. We then endured months of poor communication by inexperienced staff, and to be honest at times what felt like incompetence. The considerable stress of moving home was only compounded by this Firm. Never again!
