Mair Hickman has dealt with all our conveyancing needs over the last ten years. She does not suffer fools gladly, but represents her clients with a degree of knowledge and professionalism which is rare amongst High St solicitors in Wales. She is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. She instils confidence and seeks to get the best from the legal representatives on the other side of the transaction - not always an easy task. I very rarely write reviews but given how incredibly rude and hostile Mair Hickman was during my very brief telephone conversation with her today, all because she felt aggrieved at “having to dig out that file again”, and that she does not in fact “work for me (customer) any longer”, I can safely say that I will never instruct this firm to work on my behalf again. A shame considering how well her mother Eira dealt with my case a few years ago, not to mention my family’s use of this firm. I really am appalled.
