If we’d known what we know now, would never have used this firm.
We asked them to act on behalf of our elderly aunt. We were helping her sell her flat to a cash buyer with no upper chain, took over 4 months to complete.
Absolute joke, total lack of communication, if it wasn’t for the fact that we kept chasing weekly we’d never have had any updates. Things that should have been done weren’t, money we paid for a service through them took 3 weeks to be passed to the correct company causing further delay. For some reason they always seemed to have issues getting through to various companies yet when we called, we got through straight away and ended up getting things sorted ourselves. They seemed more interested in ensuring the buyer was happy and often seemed to be working or them rather than us. Avoid at all costs…………
