That score is generous. Was blocked from leaving a review.. If you want incompetent, useless solicitors they’re your people. Avoid they will lose you everything as they have done me, and unbelievably my elderly parents who should not have been put through this because of MY divorce.
I have been put through 3 years of hell, because of Tim Flower. I will pursue.

They were provided to me pro bono. Didn't ask for my side of the story when I was I custody, didn't call me into the office to explain what would happen or prepare a defence. Didn't get to tell anyone what had happened till the trial had already started. Didn't enter evidence I had given them. Lost the case. Go elsewhere

I’m totally shocked with how appallingly they spoke to me. I was given their details by Civil legal aid advice team after being told I was entitled. As soon as Janine Bryant found out I was applying for their help with legal aid, her whole demeanour changed and she completely dismissed me making me feel like I was wasting her time. She had no interest in helping me and I’m so shocked that they would act so callously. Avoid them at all costs. Which will be considerable.

Very traditional looking but up to date company from the outset. Making an appointment was simple and the first half hour of advice is free,. Very welcoming and friendly reception team and nothing to much trouble. Our meeting started on time and in very smart surroundings. The half hour lasted much longer and the advice given was straight forward, honest and really helpful. Although in early stages, we feel confident in their abilities, (Liz in particular), to be able to help us. No parking on site but limited wait outside, 2 hours for 4.20.
