Extremely disappointing experience. Serious assertions regarding alleged non-payment were made in correspondence despite the payments having in fact been made and evidenced by bank transactions. The inaccuracies were significant enough that they should have been identified through even basic account verification before references to escalation and formal proceedings were issued.

Given that the correspondence came from a partner-level representative, the standard of factual accuracy and account review was particularly concerning. I would expect far greater care and diligence before such allegations are made against individuals.

Found the approach unnecessarily heavy-handed and disproportionate. Communication appeared far more focused on escalation, additional charges and legal pressure than resolving matters reasonably and pragmatically. In my opinion, the way matters were handled risked increasing costs unnecessarily rather than encouraging a sensible resolution.
