Our conveyancing process ran through the Christmas period, yet everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Miriam and Daniel were excellent throughout, coordinating clearly with the estate agency and the seller’s solicitor. They were responsive whenever we had questions and kept us well informed at each stage. Thanks to their diligence and clear communication, the process progressed smoothly and we completed around 2 months since my offer is accepted. Slater Heelis acted for us on an aborted sale of a local property. The communication throughout was poor, with our conveyancer missing multiple emails responses we provided and only following up far later. We were going through a purchase at the same time and found the solicitor acting on that transaction to be far more efficient and professional.
I would advise looking elsewhere for conveyancing services.

Had nothing but positive experiences using slater heelis. Daniel Henderson has been amazing in helping us both buy and sell our property and has replied to each of our queries very quickly. Miriam has also been fantastic in sorting out all the final things to conclude our sale and has also been great at responding to messages really quickly. Couldn’t recommend slater heelis enough and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
