Terrible rude women. Gaslighting my mother by saying your secretary could never be rude because you’ve known her 15 years is disgusting and a joke. I was listening to her be rude, talk over her and have no compassion for it being probate and she’s just lost her mother - she was so abhorrent I almost took the phone from my mum to tell her to stop speaking to her like it . You’re terrible people and behaviour is like bullies at school - I hope you take a look at yourself and find some basic human decency.

I cannot recommend Lauren enough, she is professional, empathetic, a fantastic negotiator, impeccable attention to detail, but most of her she never forgets that there is a person at the end who is going through one of the most stressful times in their lives. I pulled out of the 1st attempted purchase due to Lauren’s due diligence and her gut instincts that something was wrong was spot in, she didn’t let the points go even though we were given the run around, when the evidence was finally provided, it proved Lauren right.
