Moving house should be exciting, but in the UK is stressful as anything can happen until exchange takes place. Fortunately, I was in the capable hands of Nikki and Neelam who were incredibly helpful, efficient, patient and professional. Their communication was excellent at all times and helped me to understand each stage of the process and calm me when there were any delays. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Nikki and Neelam are a credit to your company. Literally never dealt with two people more proficient at what they do. Took all the stress away and turned around from offer to completion in 8 weeks flat ! I simply cannot express how great they were ! This was my third home purchase in 4 and half years and by far the most plain sailing even though it had the most stringent time constraints and longest chain ! Thank you so much ladies you truly are wonderful!

Absolutely amazing firm. Carly & Sarah helped me buy my shared ownership property within 2 months… INSANE! Always keeping me up to date, never had to chase them for anything other than to ask them questions which they always responded quickly. Definitely recommend!

Was recommend Martin Kaye Solicitors for our conveyancing for our first property purchase and soon realised how unprofessional the solicitor (nikki) and the legal assistant were (Neelam) . The legal assistant never replied to emails, was rude and abrupt when calling. The process was never explained at all apart from a pack which we were given to read. When it's your first purchase the whole process is quite overwhelming hence it's worth speaking to your legal team for advice and guidance however we didn't receive this at all. The first time I spoke to our solicitor (never met in person) she was rude, no willingness to help or listen but was quite quick to come of the phone. Her legal assistant was no better. No communication skills at all, they both gave me and my husband the impression that we were bothering them. We have since then terminated their services and in future will use another firm for our legal services. We would not recommend this firm at all from our own personal experience.

I have recently sold my old house and purchased a new house. I was let down by another conveyancer but Martin Kaye stepped in, matched the original fees from the previous conveyancers and were able to transfer everything over in only 1 day! My mortgage company were being slow and Sharan, Carly and the team were on-hand every single time I called to help me. I have always had a bad experience with conveyancers but the team at Martin Kaye really are fantastic and I would 100% recommend them to anyone
