I found this company PCD solicitors online, gave them a call to see if they could help me in a case I had from being arrested.
I spoke with Brian who advised that yes they could help as they specialise in this.
I paid them a fixed fee as this is what they are, and can't complain as they set straight to work on my case and contacted the PC dealing and investigating the alleged allegations, after 20 weeks of worrying and.been on bail I received an email from Rhiannon the legal assistant advising me that no further action was being taken and the case is now closed,
I would recommend PCD Solicitors to anyone wanting good advice and service and for the best possible outcome.

After the most difficult day of my life, I cannot praise the team at PCD highly enough, their service was attentive, supportive and above all consummately professional over the two and a half year debacle of the allegations against me. All I will say is, if you are not at fault, 100% on your ground, that you have not offended then PCD is for you, the journey to 'Not Guilty' was arduous and long.
I will state that PCD will support you through the process at every step. They do not sell you "Fairy Tales" or try to "Scare you" the solicitors and para legal team are open and honest, criminal law requires that.
They advise best and worse case scenario outcomes relating to your case. If you require this service be honest and transparent through out the process, this aids and builds your case.
If you have offended, I believe they will work for the best outcome for you, those representations that they make to mitigate would be your gold, in my case the representations illustrating my innocence were vital. Finally as to cost, not cheap however, if you believe you are right, if you can mitigate then the adages are "What price freedom"? Along with "You buy cheap you buy twice".

I will keep my review short.
With PCD Solicitors I always felt supported and they do go to any extent for effective conclusion to the case. Not only are they empathetic to the situation but updates are always given when possible while ensuring that the police process is carried out effectively by constantly demanding resolution. They have absolutely been my peace of mind, and voice during this process allowing the communication to be done effectively between myself and the authorities. I definitely am recommending their services.
