My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Once payment had been received, communication and support appeared to decline significantly. As a firm that presents itself as providing professional legal services, I expected a much higher standard of competence, transparency, and client care.
I also have concerns regarding the authenticity of some of the positive reviews displayed online. It appears that staff members may have been encouraged to leave favourable reviews, which undermines the purpose of a public review platform and makes it difficult for genuine customer experiences to be fairly represented.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential clients to carry out thorough research before engaging this company. Trust, professionalism, and accountability are essential qualities in legal services, and unfortunately I did not feel that these standards were met.
