We came to ask about the visa because my friend had already spoken to you over the phone and explained the whole situation. At that time, you told them that there was an option to apply for a visa and that they could come directly to discuss it, but you also said the appointment would cost £350 + VAT.

In the same way, when we came and explained our situation, you initially told us the same story, but later you said that there was no visa option available for us. However, you still pressured us and took £350 from us as an appointment fee.

People who come to you for visa advice are already struggling financially and are looking for help because they don’t have much money. Please don’t tell people that you can help them with a visa and then take money from them under the name of an appointment fee when there is actually no option available for them.
