Seriously frustrating and disappointing firm to deal with. Original conveyance was actually good, but now I have a follow up and over three weeks of waiting for a phone call back - lots of excuses and apologies of they are busy, they are on holiday and they are sick - which I totally appreciate makes running a business difficult, but picking up the phone to have a five minute conversation should really not be that much of a stretch? I have now employed a different solicitor.
