Very disappointed. Left an enquiry before Christmas 23 and was told a representative would get back to me regarding an injury claim. Now nearly two months later and another email to them I have heard nothing. How unprofessional a company could be. Now have cost me my claim. No phone call or email from them. This would have allowed me to search for an alternative practice. Poor..
