After a good initial meeting with Richard Dundee in the Moreton-in-Marsh office, we were disappointed and frustrated that there was absolutely no follow-up whatsoever. We sent two emails and left two messages and finally were able to make an appointment for him to telephone us, but neither he nor anyone else called at the appointment time, or any time afterwards, and no one answered when we tried again (either at the Moreton-in-Marsh office or Thame). We gave up in the end and went to a different company after wasting far too much time with these people.
