A really poor service for business, no attention to detail and no clear communication. I was embarrassed for them after having to deal with their litigation team, who wasted our time and their own client’s. Despite being one of the largest firms in the region, they don’t even make it into the top 5 in East Anglia: it’s clear to see why. I instructed out around £300,000 of legal work last year and none of went to Ellisons: for good reason.

I noticed that Ellison’s website advertises “no win, no fee” medical negligence claims, so I emailed them. However, when I spoke with them yesterday, I was told I would still be responsible for fees and expenses, and that they would see if I could secure funding. Yet, no cost estimate was provided. So, a “no win, no fee” Solicitor Is not what you think. I decided not to proceed.
