Unfortunately when selling my house my buyer decided to use Josh at Harvey Roberts Solicitors, I left an honest review based on this experience, the details of which has now been removed.
First time this has happened after years of doing Google reviews.

Completed on a house September 25, Harvey Roberts (particularly Nikki and Jennifer) were communicative, professional and extremely quick to respond. They were happy to discuss over the phone and explain in detail any questions I had. Recommended them to a friend, looks like he's getting the same service. Will look to use them if I ever need legal advice in future. Couldn't be better.

Absolute waste of time! I'm cannot tell you how shocked and disappointed I am with this company!
My father had an appointment 21st January to contest a Will. The case was taken on and the next steps were for them to write to Mediation and contact their solicitors for the notes etc and get back to my Father
Called 3 times over the last week for an update and nobody ever calls back!
Only today nearly 9 weeks later after calling again has become apparent nobody has done a single thing! Nothing!
I sincerely doubt they understand the stressful situation it is for my Father!
What a total waste of time and energy this has been! 9 weeks lost!
Avoid at all costs. You've been warned

Jeff and Josh helped me through my divorce proceedings and re-mortgaging on my house. Both made me feel at ease throughout the long process. Jeff was very approachable, knowledgeable and was able to explain the process to settle my mind. After the divorce paperwork was completed Josh took over for the mortgage and finance handling. Again, extremely approachable, quick to respond to any questions and dealt with my case fantastically. Can't sing his praises enough. The whole process was long - they kept me up to date and the fees were affordable. Shout out as well to the lovely receptionist who was also incredibly supportive and helpful. After shopping around, I found that financially, Harvey Roberts were the most reasonably priced. Although I would argue for the service I received, they were too reasonable!
My experience with Harvey Roberts has been extremely positive. I personally believe, Jeff is worth more than his weight in gold. During my journey through a forced house sale. I felt prioritised, supported and truly had my corner fought. Jeff was ethical, very supportive and professional.
Carole was so efficient, with her speedy replies and I never felt like I waited long for a response. I felt she was contactable all the time.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to choose this team again to assist me in any other circumstances. Highly highly recommend
