They did the job they needed to do for my husband, but communication was lacking, almost non existent at times. We only got updates after needing to chase them.

They need to provide clear and concise information and processes so that clients don't need to keep asking.

Lots of uncertainly could and should have been avoided at what was already a lengthy and unpleasant situation.

If I could I would put no stars if this site had the option, which it should!!! as this company well deserves a big zero!!! They ignore emails , complain about you if you do their job for them and resolve simple issues on an house conveyance and a certain solicitor Nathan is very unprofessional and have a disgusting rude attitude!!! No updates from them on my cases of which I was paying for them to do a service and you have to constantly contact them and chase them up. Held monies owed to me for many weeks and after another official letter sent to them from another solicitor at costs to myself the excuse was that they didn’t action the payment . Avoid

No updates from them on my case, you have to constantly contact them and when they finally contact to back their customer service/attitude is worse then a minimum wage Poundland worker!!!

Excellent solicitors, they've now helped me with buying my flat, extending the leasehold & remortgaging. Superfast responses to the smallest of questions, be it by phone or email - would recommend them to anyone buying a property.
