Terrible experience. Visited and scared a 99 year old lady. Left 7 messages and 3 emails - all urgent. No reply. Avoid this firm.

Cannot speak highly enough of Thurnhills. In January they prepared my mother's will and set up lasting power of attorney. This involved visits to her house and preparation of paperwork. All done to highest professional standards and promptly. Very helpful at all times.

My experience of Thurnhills (residential purchase of a flat, sale and purchase of a flat and house, and sale of a house) has been positive on all three occasions.

buying & selling a home is always stressful. On one occasion where my wife and I instructed Thurnhills, unfortunately things didn’t go quite to plan: the buyer pulled out at the last minute, due to a change in circumstances! This is one the worst experiences and Thurnhills had the difficult job of breaking the news. They were very empathetic about the situation. At a stage where we might otherwise have just taken the house off the market, they had seen it all before and gave the sage advice that “another purchaser could be just around the corner” - two were!!

We’re very grateful for the work that Thurnhills have done for us. Thank you. We’ll be back again.

I wouldn't trust this company to keep me out of jail in Monopoly! never mind use them for a simple deeds change... which i made the mistake of doing. now in the 7th week of a '4 week process', i have just been told to 'find another solicitor' by the receptionist. A family run business ran with a cavalier attitude! AVOID!
