Awful communication in dealing with inheritance it’s been over 4 years and still haven’t received anything not a penny! Absolutely no communication not even a phone call back to explain what is keeping everything at stand still. Avoid these at all costs.

I would personally like to say a very big thank you to Catherine for her help and support during a family matter. She was so helpful and informative and extremely understanding during a difficult situation. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Can't thank Victoria Jones enough for her continued commitment and support through a turbulent 2 years of various proceedings. Recently everything finished with family matters at a final hearing and we came away with the best outcome. Will be forever grateful for Victoria standing by me and always fighting my corner. Thank you!

Recommended through both parents matter. Really poor communication — solicitor I was dealing with left and no response from the replacement solicitor despite several attempts over weeks. I had to chase at every stage. No contact for six months, then delays were blamed on a legal aid data breach when I followed up. My ex-partner was repeatedly referred to as ‘Andrew’ in emails, though his name is Anthony. It felt like the case was forgotten. Would not recommend. Ps — if you want a prompt response, try leaving a negative review; that seems to get their attention

Was on the receiving end of this companies unprofessional approach to law and they did nothing but exploit the monies available through the "legal aid" system.
They sent email after email of useless threats, using scare tactics that had very little bearing on any of the realities of the case in hand.
The litigation misconduct was that of which any professional should be embarrassed of. Taking a case to court and having to tell lies to attempt to win. Needless to say, they lost.
