High hourly rates, fancy offices, and sharp suits don’t guarantee a service that matches the image. In my first email, I clearly stated that my case involved a state school. However, after taking all my personal information and wasting a week of my time, a partner-level lawyer at this firm informed me that they only handle cases related to independent schools. There are many better and more affordable lawyers out there. Don’t be fooled by this firm's luxurious appearance—it doesn’t reflect the quality of their service.
