AVOID!
I rang up to collect some old original documents on a Friday at 10AM
I asked for a digital copy to be sent via email the female receptionist confirmed she will get this sent right away. 2pm Nothing received so i rang later that afternoon to chase and make sure my email was correct, I spoke to the same person i was given a fabricated excuse the scanner isn't working and she will send it later. 2weeks have passed nothing received!
Without giving to much info on what document i requested, it was a older document few years old and at the point of registering that original document the firm already held scanned digital copies. So all she had to do was send a email, shows the level of poor service. Never using again. AVOID!

Receptionist was very abrupt an rude. She took all my details (full name, date of birth, address, family situation) and then said her colleague who needs to speak to me is on the phone and busy, said they would call me back. She did not finish putting the phone down before she started talking to her colleague. They never did call me back. Would not recommend as I felt the receptionist wanted to discuss my personal details in an unprofessional manner with other staff! I also feel very exposed giving all my details to someone for no reason, never receiving any services or advice.

I have used Cuttle and co for years now and I would recommend them to everyone one !! They have done perfect job every single time no matter the situation!! all the staff are really friendly and polite.

Couldn't thank Mr Durham enough for all the help and support he has gave me throughout the 6 years. Day or night and very straight to the point good or bad . Very appreciated and helpfull. Finally over with a good result. Hopefully. Cannot thank and recommend Mr Durham at cuttle and co solicitors, Oldham enough. Thank you again.

Dealt with this firm and Steve Durham was my solicitor who is a family law solicitor. Steve started off being nice and sympathetic, but once he had the legal aid, he turned against me by refusing to give me call backs when I leave messages asking for one, refusing to answer my emails, and when I had appointments with him, he spent the majority of the time talking about his other clients, himself and his family rather than dealing with me. He became worse when in the court arena as he told me to agree with the other parties, no matter the wrongdoings from the other parties which he had evidence of, and sabotaged my case into agreeing with the other parties.

The receptionist are also very rude at times so I would avoid this firm at all costs.
