I've been using Harvey at Yates & Co for over 20 years and for at least 20 property transactions - that alone probably says more than anything else I could write.
He's consistently efficient and responsive. No matter how complicated a transaction becomes, he stays on top of it, resolves issues promptly (sometimes almost instantly!) and keeps everyone informed.
Our latest sale was one of the most difficult I've experienced, and I genuinely didn't think it would happen. Thanks in no small part to his persistence and professionalism, it did.
Having dealt with many solicitors over the years, I know this level of service is far from commonplace.

We cannot speak highly enough of Luke and all he did for us when moving home. He was attentive, efficient, and effective. Buying and selling a house can be a very difficult time, and it often feels like you're constantly having to chase people. However, this was never the case with Luke. He responded swiftly to any questions we asked and really helped to drive the process forward. I never want to move house again (!), but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Luke again - thank you.

I cannot recommend Asma at QualitySolicitors Yates & Co, Nottingham highly enough. Asma was professional, lightning-fast, and kept me updated every step of the way.
What impressed me most was how she handled a difficult situation: the buyer’s solicitors were incredibly slow and unengaging, but Asma remained relentless. She proactively pushed the sale through, chasing the other side constantly to ensure we stayed on track for completion. They turned a potentially stressful delay into a seamless success. Once again I have utilised the services of Jackie Pabla of Yates & co. and cannot fault the efficiency, eye for detail and support given.
Jackie has handled the process from start to finish with no issues, or unexpected drama. Unlike many in the profession she is “down to earth”, takes the time to explain the process and is happy to speak in person rather than just email.
