Tom and his colleagues at Ives and Co. were exceptional. Even though our purchase/sale wasn’t smooth sailing (nothing to do with Ives and Co), Tom supported us throughout. He was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. I would never consider anyone else as my conveyancer and recommend him to everyone who is in the process of buying.

She kept me informed at every stage, responded quickly to my questions, and made sure I always understood what was happening.
