Told me false information and told me to withdraw my appeal because I won’t win, I decided to not listen to their advice and guess what I won my tribunal, a tribunal they said I’d lose! Glad I ignored them and I’d advise others to steer clear. My child is starting their special school tomorrow.

Do not waste your very precious time with this company. They don't actually know what they are talking about, they speak to you like you're stupid whilst telling you things which are untrue. I have no idea how this company got the contract with CLA.

Madison was OUTSTANDING today an at Emergency EHCP review meeting. Madison was assertive, professional and factual.Madison questioned when relevant & wasn’t afraid to ask difficult questions. I myself have 15 years experience as a criminal prosecutor and I was really impressed with her knowledge and expertise within the SEN arena.

Awful they do not get back to you, miss deadlines, do not do what they are paid to do, you can never speak to your solicitor or any solicitor. Too many clients, too little staff to offer anyone at all a satisfactory service. They have a ridiculous policy where they will not undertake any work, answer questions, reply to emails to generally respond at all until 10 working has passed whether your final hearing is in 10 days or 10 months. No communication, had my hearing postponed due to not doing their job. Better of going it alone
